Three were injured in the Russian attack on Ukraine’s Odesa.

Odesa, the main port and naval facility in Ukraine, has endured numerous missile and drone attacks during the Russia-Ukraine War.

Russian forces attacked the port city of Odesa during the course of the night, inflicting at least three casualties, the governor of the Ukrainian territory on the Black Sea announced early on Monday.

Oleh Kiper, the governor, posted on the Telegram messaging service, “Several fires broke out as a result of the enemy attack in Odesa, caused by falling rocket fragments.”

The explosion wave blew out windows in buildings.

Reuters was unable to independently corroborate the claim. Russia didn’t give an immediate response.

Following Moscow’s withdrawal from a deal enabling grain supplies from Ukrainian ports in July, Odesa, the country’s largest port and naval base, has been frequently bombarded with missiles and drones.
